Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Keith Wilson is responsible for maintaining and reporting the financial health of Sweetwater Energy. At Sweetwater, Mr. Wilson is responsible for overseeing such finance-related departments as Treasury, Accounting, Payroll, Investor Relations, and Strategic Development. Prior to joining Sweetwater, most recently Mr. Wilson served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as well as a member of the Board of Directors at PAETEC Holding Corp. He also served as Vice President and Head of Telecommunications Finance at Union Bank of California, where he focused on sourcing and providing capital for telecommunications services companies in the wireline, wireless, and data-services markets. Mr. Wilson also has held positions with First Dominion Capital, NationsBank, Bank of Boston, and Fleet Bank.
Mr. Wilson received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in Political Science and History and a Master’s Degree in Southeast Asian Studies and International Business from The University of Michigan.
In 2008 Mr. Wilson was a finalist for the Best Finance Executive: American Business Awards (Stevies). Also in 2008 Mr. Wilson received the Pinnacle Award from the Association of Financial Professionals for “Treasury as a Strategic Partner” as well as the Rochester Business Journal Financial Executive of the Year Finalist. The New Jersey Tech Counsel then awarded Mr. Wilson Chief Financial Officer of the Year in 2010.
Board, Community, and Charitable Pursuits
Mr. Wilson currently serves on the Board of Directors of the RPO Fund Inc. and previously served on the Board of the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, as Vice Chair and Treasurer. He also serves on the Board of Directors of The Seneca Park Zoo Society, Sweetwater Energy, Gradient Corporation, and 10n2 Tech. Additionally Mr. Wilson is on the board of trustees for Nazareth College and Allendale-Columbia School.
